Yes! We offer free, no-obligation estimates for most jobs. We’ll review the scope of the project and provide a quote before starting any work.

What happens if the job takes longer than expected?

If we encounter any unexpected issues or delays, we will inform you immediately. Any changes to the estimated cost or time will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the quality of our work, please let us know immediately. We’ll do everything possible to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Do I need to provide any tools or materials?

We bring all the necessary tools for the job. However, if you have specific materials you’d like us to use, feel free to provide them or discuss this with us during the estimate.

Can you handle small jobs as well as larger projects?

Absolutely! No job is too small for us. Whether you need a quick fix or a more involved project, we’re here to help.

How far in advance should I book a service?

We recommend booking at least a few days in advance. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent or last-minute requests, depending on availability.

Do I need to be home during the service?

It’s usually best if you are present at the start of the job to discuss the work in detail. After that, it’s up to you! Some clients prefer to stay, while others may leave and return once the work is done.

What if I need multiple jobs done?

We can handle multiple tasks in one visit! Just let us know what you need done, and we’ll create a plan to address everything efficiently during the appointment.
